1. Shipping Areas

We currently ship to all major locations across India. For international shipping inquiries, please contact our customer support.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders placed before 2 PM (IST) on business days are processed the same day

  • Orders placed after 2 PM or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day

  • Processing may take 1-2 additional days during sale periods or festivals

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

Standard Shipping (Free on orders above ₹499)

  • Delivery Time: 5-7 business days

  • Available for all pin codes

Express Shipping (₹99 extra)

  • Delivery Time: 2-3 business days

  • Available for major cities only

Same-Day Delivery (₹199 extra)

  • Available for select pin codes in Balaghat

  • Order must be placed before 12 PM

4. Shipping Charges

  • Below ₹499: ₹49 shipping fee

  • ₹499 and above: Free standard shipping

  • Express/Same-Day: Additional charges apply

5. Order Tracking

  • You will receive SMS/email with tracking details once shipped

  • Track your order on our website or through courier partner’s portal

  • Live tracking available for express and same-day deliveries

6. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners will make 2 delivery attempts

  • After failed attempts, package will be returned to our facility

  • Additional shipping charges apply for resending returned packages

7. Address Accuracy

  • Please double-check your shipping address during checkout

  • We’re not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses

  • Address changes must be requested within 1 hour of order placement

8. Undeliverable Packages

Packages may be returned if:

  • Address is incorrect/incomplete

  • Recipient is unavailable after multiple attempts

  • Location is not serviceable by our courier partners

9. Shipping Restrictions

Some items may have special shipping requirements:

  • Fragile items: Additional packaging may delay processing

  • High-value items: May require signature confirmation

  • Large items: Only standard shipping available

10. Holiday Shipping

No shipping or delivery on:

  • National holidays

  • Major festivals (Diwali, Holi, etc.)

  • Local Balaghat holidays
