1. Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery

  • Products must be unused, in original condition with tags attached

  • Original packaging must be intact

  • Proof of purchase (order number/receipt) required

❌ Non-Returnable Items:

  • Underwear, socks, and personal hygiene products

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Perishable goods

  • Items marked “Final Sale”

5. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges subject to product availability

  • No additional shipping charges for size exchanges

  • Color/style exchanges may require price adjustment

6. Defective/Damaged Items

  • Report within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide photos/video evidence

  • Free return shipping for defective items

  • We provide prepaid label for our mistakes
